If cancellation occurs before services are installed and written notice of cancellation is received by Exhibitor Services 72 hours before the first scheduled move-in date, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation occurs after installation or after the start of the first scheduled move-in date, no refund will be issued. ALL COMPLETED WORK IS SUBJECT TO FULL PAYMENT. To take advantage of discounts, advance orders must be paid in full and received with payment no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Delivery of Service: Power includes the delivery of the service to the location at the rear of the booth in Peninsula and Inline booths. Please see the Electrical Labor Order Form for rates and instructions if you require outlets in other locations, have lights or other electrical items to hang or erect, have orders for power of 208V or higher, or have other electrical requirements.

Island Booths: For Island booths with no labor ordered, there is a 1/2 hour minimum installation charge and a 1/2 hour minimum dismantle charge.

Exhibitor event parking passes ordered in advance are NOT ELECTRONIC and are NOT MAILED. All exhibitor event parking passes ordered in advance via online or by order form must be retrieved from the NRG Exhibitor Services Desk located in (Service Desk Location TBD) of NRG Center during the scheduled days and times above. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation to the NRG Park service desk to retrieve all prepaid exhibitor parking passes. UNUSED PARKING PASSES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Telephone & Internet Services: A Distance Fee of $500 per Internet line and $100 per Telephone line will be applied to all orders for each line installed outside of the convention venue. Public Utility Fees will be applied to all Telephone Service orders.

Sales tax will be charged on all electrical and plumbing material, A/V, telephone, and internet services. If an exhibitor is tax exempt, documentation must be provided that reflects exemption. If documentation is not provided, sales tax will be charged.
